Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 24, 2026
This page explains what information Dorion collects when you use this website, why, and what your rights are — written in plain language, not legal boilerplate.
We're a two-person studio. We don't run ads, we don't track you across the web, and the only personal information we collect is what you choose to give us through the contact form.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, country, phone number (optional), the type of service you're interested in, and any message you write. These are fields you fill in yourself — we don't collect anything else about you through the form.
We also briefly note the IP address and email you used to submit the form, purely to prevent spam — for example, to stop the same visitor from submitting the form dozens of times in a few minutes. This isn't linked to any profile or used for anything else, and it's deleted automatically (see "Where it's stored" below).
Where it's stored
Contact form submissions (your name, email, phone, country, service interest, and message) are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, in the EU, for as long as described under Retention below.
The anti-spam information described above (IP address and email, used only to detect rapid repeat submissions) is stored separately and temporarily — anywhere from 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on which check it's for — and is deleted automatically once that window passes. It's never kept alongside your actual submission.
Third parties we use
We don't sell or share your information for marketing. A handful of services are involved in making the contact form and this site work, and each only sees what it needs to do its job:
Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that you're a real person, not a bot, before your submission goes through. See Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Supabase — hosts the database where submissions are stored, in the EU. See Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
Google — we send ourselves an email notification through a Google account when you submit the form. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Vercel — hosts this website. See Vercel's privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
What we don't do
We don't run advertising or user-tracking analytics on this site — no Google Analytics, no ad pixels, no cross-site tracking. We do use Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load for visitors; it's anonymous, doesn't use cookies, and isn't tied to you as an individual.
The only cookie this site sets is a small one that remembers which language (English or Greek) you last chose. Nothing about your visit is tracked or profiled.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for 24 months from the date you submit them, after which we delete them. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask — see Contact below.
Your rights
If you're in the EU/EEA (or anywhere with similar data protection laws), you have the right to see what information we hold about you (access), ask us to fix anything inaccurate (correction), and ask us to delete it (erasure). You may also have other rights under GDPR, such as restricting or objecting to how we use your data.
To exercise any of these, email us — see Contact below. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
Questions or requests
For anything related to this policy or your data — access, correction, deletion, or just a question — email contact@getdorion.gr.
