The studio behind dorion.
Two people who got tired of watching good projects get lost in agency bureaucracy — so we built the studio we wished we could hire.
Why dorion exists.
Dorion started as a side project between two friends who kept seeing the same shoddy work from other agencies—never anything that was both functional and beautiful.
So that's what we became — a studio of exactly two people, small enough to move fast and stay personally invested in every project, but experienced enough to handle serious, high-stakes work.
Every client works directly with the two of us from the first call to post-launch support. No account managers, no junior hand-offs, no surprises — just the people actually doing the work.
Meet the two of us.
Dorion is intentionally small. Here's who you'll actually be working with.
Vasilis Kaltsidis
Co-Founder, Design & Development
One of the two-person team behind dorion — designs, builds, and ships, without needing a specialist for any single piece.
Nikolas Tsekai
Co-Founder, Design & Development
The other one of the two-person team behind dorion — designs, develops, and does whatever needed to ship a project end-to-end.
What we optimize for.
Fewer clients at a time, more attention
We take on a limited number of projects at a time so every client gets our full focus, not whatever time is left over.
Speed without sloppiness
Small teams move fast — but we still write clean code and design systems that hold up long after launch.
Direct communication
You talk to the people building your site, not an account manager relaying messages between you and a production team.
Built to be measured
We care about outcomes — conversions, load times, rankings — not just how a site looks in a portfolio.
